A video causing a stir in Bali – A Dutch undercover journalist, posing as a tourist, is stopped by police at a busy crossroads in Bali for not wearing a helmet. A routine donation soon turns into a friendly chat and a couple of beers. Both of the unsuspecting officers have since been sacked but will it actually make a difference to the way police in Bali behave towards tourists in Bali?
